A path to discover the techniques and strategies of documentary narration. Students learn how to research, write, shoot and edit documentaries, with a focus on reality and its visual interpretation. We work on interviews, storytelling, use of natural light and ambient sound. The path includes the creation of documentary and real-life cinema projects. Ideal for those who want to tell authentic stories through the language of cinema.
Screenplay
A course to learn the basics of screenwriting and transform an idea into a structured screenplay. Students study plot, character development, three-act structure and visual writing techniques. Through exercises and analysis of famous screenplays, they develop their own narrative style. The course includes writing short stories and screenplays. Assistant Director
A practical course to train key figures in the organization and management of a film set. Students learn the role of the assistant director, from preparing the shots to coordinating the cast and crew. Planning, script breakdown, time management and communication with the director are studied. The course includes practical exercises and set simulations. Ideal for those who want to work as an assistant director in film and television.
Dialogue
A course dedicated to writing dialogue for film, theater, and TV. Students learn to create realistic and engaging conversations, working on pacing, subtext, and characterization. The course includes writing exercises, script analysis, and scene rewriting to refine technique and style. The differences between dialogue for different narrative media are explored. The goal is to write effective and believable lines for each context.
Pitch
An essential course for those who want to effectively present and sell a film or television project. Students learn to summarize their idea, communicate persuasively and build a visual and narrative pitch with a strong impact. The course includes pitching simulations, public speaking techniques and strategies to capture the attention of producers and financiers. We work on concrete projects, preparing students to present their ideas in the audiovisual market.
